All products are intended for sale to the consumer.

With retailers we mean:

• Shops, web shops, studios and other art and craft companies .
• Stores that are open daily.
• Studios and work-rooms which are open to the public.
• Web shops with a professional website and daily delivery .

Prices

• You can find the current prices of Kippers Hobby on our website www.kippershobby.com . These prices are excluding VAT.
• Kippers Hobby has the right to adjust its prices at any time.
• The price stated on your invoice on the day you place your order is the rack rate.

 Delivery

• We offer an attractive free shipping rate, in order to be able to continue to offer this, extra packages caused by shipping voluminous or heavy products will be charged at the applicable package rates from 21-10-2021.
• All items can be ordered per piece.
• In general your order will be ready for despatch within 2 work days .
• Backorders will not be send automatically. You will receive a message when a specific items has arrived. You then can decide to make an (additional) order.
• Missing or damaged items should be notified within 8 days after your order was send. This does not apply to faulty goods with a manufacturers warranty .

Returns
Items cannot be returned without consultation and approval of Kippers Hobby.
If items will be returned, clearly state your account number, invoice number and referencenumber.
The items must be returned in the original package ( without retailersprices) and in good condition .

Payment
We ask all our new clients to pay the first order in advance.
After the first order all payment must be done within 30 days.

Payment can be done by credit card or bank transfer.
