Wouldn't it be beautiful to give the rings on such a romantic heart?
Use a MDF heart for both variations

Apply filler on the heart and place the Wooly Fabric over it.
Pull the Wooly fabric slightly over the stuffing and glue on the sides of the heart. 
Use a glue gun for good and fast adhesion.

Decorate the back of the heart with a beautiful napkin of your choice and off course in style of the wedding dress.
